Ingredients:
300 g boneless Tenggiri fish fillets, Cubes
2 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaf, Sliced thin
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
30 g Long Bean cubes
2 eggs
oil for frying

DIP:
Thai sweet chili sauce

Preparation:

  1. Combine fish, fish sauce, white pepper powder and egg in food processor. Process until well combined. Then add on Long Bean cubes and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Shape mixture into patties.
  3. Poor enough oil into s heavy skillet to fill the pan 1/2 inch of oil. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Fry fish cakes for 8 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown.

Bahan-Bahan:

  • 1/2 kg isi ikan merah
  • 1/2 camca serbuk lada putih
  • 1 biji telur
  • 3 camca tepung jagung
  • Garam secukup rasa
  • 4 tangkai cili merah (dipotong serong)
  • 4 tangkai cili hijau (dipotong serong)
  • 2 tangkai daun selasih
  • 1/2 cawan sos tomato
  • 1/2 cawan sos cili
  • 1/2 sos cili thai
  • 1/2 cawan air

Cara memasak:

  1. Isi ikan merah diperap bersama serbuk lada putih, telur, tepung jagung, garam dan serbuk perasa.
  2. Gorengkan sehingga kekuningan. Campurkan 1/2 cawan air, sos tomato, sos cili thai, sos cili dan dibiarkan mendidih.
  3. Masukkan cili yang dipotong serong bersama daun selasih.Boleh ditambah dengan daun limau untuk menaikkan aroma masakan.

Puding Madu Berjeli

A
1 cup Nestle Uht milk
25g butter
1 teaspoon essence of vanilla

B
1/3 cup Nestle wheat + Honey infant cereal
1/2 cup Nestle UHT milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 packet instant jelly, strawberry flavor or as desired, hot water according to packing, mandarin segments or as desired, green cherries

In a saucepan, warm up A ingredients. Then stir in B ingredients and simmer for 2 minutes; stirring all the time. Pour mixture into prepared jelly or pudding glasses; set aside. Meanwhile, dilute instant jelly with hot water. Then spoon onto pudding. Chill until set. Decorate with mandarin segments and cherries.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast: cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 egg white
1/4 cup Enfagrow A+ milk (plain variant)
1 cup cornflakes, crushed

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius). Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare 3 bowls: one for flour and seasonings (mix together), one for egg and Enfagrow A+ milk (stir together) and one for crushed cornflakes.
Roll chicken pieces in flour and seasoning mixture. Shake off excess flour.
Dip each chicken piece into the milk mixture. Coat the chicken pieces with cornflakes.
Place chicken on baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over after 5 minutes and bake for another 5 minutes till golden.

Serving Suggestion:
Ketchup, barbecue sauce or fat free ranch dressing and flavour and colour.

Sebenarnya aku buat Agar-agar Bandung ni dah berminggu lepas. Baru aje aku ceritakan dekat sini. Bukan apa, masa tu aku nak buat dadih tapi serbuk dan bahan2 dadih tak ada. Yang ada cuma agar2 ni. Jadilah ek buat berbuka. Nasib baiklah jadi juga aku membuatnya, si ashraf tu suka. oklah tu gamoknya.

Hari semalam hingga ke hari ini aku nak buat dadih atau puding. Cari lah serbuk dekat pasar dan susu cair dekat kedai bawah ni, dua2 tak ada. Terpaksa tempah dengan Papa malam ni. Harap2 dia beli.. tapi kesian pula nanti mesti Papa balik lambat sebab hari nak hujan lebat ni. Berbuka dalam kereta lagilah Papa ek?

Kalau tahu awal, boleh order dekat sini.. online lagi. 🙂
