Memang Berbaloi!! 4

Hari ini aku nak cerita pasal kelab2 yang aku sertai. Bukannya kelab disko, kelab dangdut ka apa ka.. tapi kelab a.k.a club yang aku rasa berfaedah. Sebab utama kenapa aku join kelab2 macam ni sebab aku guna barang diorang, dan aku nak tahu info2 berkaitannya.

So, kelab2 yang aku join ni kekadang rajinlah hantar info2 yang berguna especially mengenai penjagaan anak2 ni. Bermula dari ash kecik. Guna susu dari MeadJohnson. So, aku join meadjohnson club. Diorang kasi ‘hadiah perkenalan” seperti di bawah.

meadjohnsonFM : 2 sudah hilang, Ash buat main

Lepas tuh, aku tukar susu Ash kepada Dumex, DUGRO. Tak ada dah benda free or info mengenai meadjohnson lagi sampai dekat rumah aku (pasal aku tak aktif: nak aktif kena hanto bukti belian).

Bila Ash join Dumex, baby Arisha lahir. Baru2 ni je, dalam seminggu aku kasi Arisha minum Dumex, Dulac. Nampak macam serasi. Dia sekarang dah 4 bulan, tak cukup minum susu badan aku aje, jadi kerana kesiankan dia.. aku ikutlah kata2 orang tua aku belikan susu or something else buat makanan tambahan. Walaupun begitu, aku still teruskan penyusuan badan kepada Arisha. Ada faedah2 lebih tuh. Kalau ikutkan diorang suruh kasi Nestum. Nasib baik juga tak ada stok (masa tu dekat Chini 03, tak de choice sangat). Jadi aku kasi susu sahaja.

Apabila dua2x dah minum Dumex, jadi aku pun nak join kelab DUMEX. Baru2 lagi ni. Dua minggu lepas kot, dan 2 hari lepas diorang kasi surat perkenalan.. “welcome pack”. Apa benda tuh?? ini dia..

mamiltahu tak apa benda ni??

Why Breast Milk is Good for Baby 0

Papa membelibelah lagi untuk barang2 keperluan rumah. Macam biasalah Papa shopping time2 macam ni. Tak ramai orang. Macam-macamlah barang dibeli, termasuklah untuk aku, susu anmum ni. Masa mengandung aku susah nak minum susu2 kecuali susu segar. Sekarang tiap2 hari aku minum anmum lacta ni. Sedap tapi yang penting ia dapat menambah kuantiti dan kualiti susu badan aku buat adik. Supaya dia membesar dengan sihat dan cerdik.

Why breast milk is good for baby

There are plenty of reasons why we at Anmum Club and doctors everywhere recommend breastfeeding as the best form of nutrition for your child. Here are just some of them.

• Children receive the most complete and optimal mix of nutrients & antibodies and the varying composition of breastmilk keeps pace with the infant’s individual growth and changing nutritional needs.
• Reduced risk of several childhood illnesses.
• Protection against allergies, asthma, eczema, and severity of allergic disease.
• Breastfed infants often develop higher IQ’s, and have improved brain and nervous system development.
• Less risk of childhood obesity.
• Economic benefits.
• Reduce risk of diarrhoea.
• Protection against infection.
• Increase immunity.
• Reduce risk of ear infection.
• Beneficial to mothers – breastfeeding helps the uterus return to its previous size.
• Provides psychosocial developmental benefits as breastfeeding allows mother and child to bond.

The style of feeding can have an effect on how you and your baby bond, too. If you are tense and hurried, he’ll be tense too. If you’re irritable, he may have difficulty taking the feed. Always try to remain calm and think positively while breastfeeding for a healthier feed.

  • Allow newborns to nurse whenever they show signs of hunger
